"My last membership expired and I didn't get another one because I didn't want to pay since I was in season. Then I wanted to just play basketball with my buddies and Mr. sales manager Dylon was there to "help" me out. All I wanted is just to pay the cheapest membership so I can play basketball for maybe for 1-2 hours. Next thing you know he tells about this amazing "annual" thing. He explained to me that my total would be $27.99 for the membership and I will be paying that every month automatically. And if I ever wanted to cancel that I would get 1 "free" month. Next thing you know I get charged $53.98 for that day after he said your total is $27.99. Then 2 weeks later I was charged $53.99. I went and asked today and he told me that $27 for the this month, $27 for that "free" month when I cancel so it really isn't free. Then the other 53.99 was the annual fee that he never told me. I just wanted to simply pay $27 for the gold membership to play basketball for an hour or two but ended paying $106 in 2 weeks. By the way 2 days ago I went to ask about this and the staff that was there were even confused why I got charge 53 twice. So kinda weird your own staff don't know about this. So they printed my stuff and said they would show the manager about this so that he will give us a call. Surprisingly the manager never called."

"This is twice now that I show up at open time of 5am and it is not open. I’ve had my membership for 3 weeks now. I appreciate the people who work here, but something needs to happen about being on time. It is 6:20am as of this review and still not open."

"Used to love this gym. I work 5 days a week, as most people do, but start at 6 am and end at 6 pm. I used to either go late at night or early in the AM. Now 4 out of the 7 days a week I can't get here. Either the gym is WAY overcrowded that doubles my workout time in the evening, or their hours make it impossible to do AM workouts. I drive past two other 24 hour gyms on my way to and from home and work, got this gym membership purely due to their now-lost 24 hour opening. I've tried to give it a chance, but I just can't fathom paying for something I can barely use any longer. If it's finance as an issue, pole people and ask if they would pay a higher rate to keep this location 24 hour, I would gladly do so. I'll be switching to a true 24 hour gym, paying 3x the monthly due but it's worth it. I'm tired of how over crowded this place is and now un-accommodating hours for your young adults. I know my single membership is only a drop in the bucket, and some corporate copy past response will be added but I would rather attempt to warn others to not experience what appears promising. Otherwise this gym is stellar. It's kept clean compared to most other gyms in the area, their equipment is kept in maintained order always, and they are quick to fix broken equipment. They have a large assortment of cardio equipment and just expanded their platform and squat racks, but I wish they kept that money towards staying open 24 hours. 2 gyms in the Golden area closed, so this is the closest gym within a 20 minute drive for a lot of people, and it's just way too overcrowded."

"Main reason I come here is because of proximity to where I live. I can ride the bicycle here, no problem. I used to come here when it was first opened as a super sport. The place was clean af, just starting out, so not many members yet. It was bliss. Fast forward to today, the facility is good sized, has a steam room, sauna, and locker rooms. My main issue is the space in here is just no longer adequate. The layout of the machines, some of the rows of the machines are just way too close together you basically got to watch the person next to you make sure they don't hit you as they try to change their weights out. Also, this place seems to be going downhill with cleanliness. As pointed out several times already, the men's locker rooms were just brutal with smell of piss and dirty all over. It seems they had a third-party cleaning crew at one point. I don't think that is still the case. I do try to avoid the locker rooms. Luckily, they do have some self combo lockers out in the main room. I read in some reviews that there has been a $10 a month special for members. I noticed in gyms that have the 10-dollar sausage plate special, the members that come usually don't treat the equipment or the place too well. And way too many people at certain times. Just my observation and opinion."

"Update: this location closes at 9pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday now. I took away two stars as I often come in late especially on Fridays. One of the nicer 24 hour fitness locations in the Denver metro and it is actually open 24 hours. It's pretty large and there's usually equipment available even at busier times. My biggest complaint is on cleanliness especially in the locker rooms. The showers often have a strange smell and I've frequently found hair them. Additionally, the soap dispensers in the showers are often left empty."
