"So many empty shelves! Very dark inside. Lots of clothes, but smaller housewares section. I did find a couple things, but not sure I’ll be back."

"I've shopped here twice and each time I'm checked out by a crabby old woman who completely ignores everything I say and just checks me out, doesn't ask if I want a bag and moves on as soon as she gives me the change. What do you get out of making your customer feel unwelcome? A reality check is sorely needed here."

"I have never been treated so poorly for no reason, the "furniture department" guy taking donations out back on 12/29/23 must not be happy with his life. I was told by one employee to back my truck up and drop the couch off, another employee comes yelling "did you even ask anyone if you can drop this off" I tell him yes the employee over there (points to him) told me come here, he goes "well I'm the furniture department lead and what im telling you is that you can't drop this off here we're not taking donations. He then says "it's people like you who ruin donations for other people" I apologized even though it was simple misunderstanding. Some people are just angry humans and take it out on other people"

"Convenient location, staff is nice, but this place has practically retail prices on Furniture and Home goods Items? It looks like the jack up the prices in case there is a sale? And it still remains pricey. Basically, thrift stores are now about the price of Ross, TJ Max, and Marshals Why not go get it new? I’m astonished how high they price things there."

"The selection was terrible. This is my second time going, because I thought I would give it another try. I don’t think I’ll be returning. Both times I went I didn’t purchase a single thing, and usually I purchase at least three things minimum and I always find stuff, I spent a lot of time searching and just didn’t find anything cool or unique. ); lots of old out dated stuff."
