I went in looking for a birthday gift and I found many but I didn’t have a birthday bag so I bought there standard brown bag and LIA asked me is it someone birthday and I said yes and she did something that I have been tell so many people about LIA because she brighten my day she got a marker wrote happy birthday drew balloon and decorated the bag then she wrapped each gift it was so sweet it even made my birthday girl happy when I told her .. we all need to be more like Lia And spread joy with a simple kind gesture I’ll be shopping a lot MORE. At AT HOME. THANK YOU SO MUCH LIA"

"I really like this store. The prices have blown up, but the selection is great, particularly if you are looking for specific themes in home decor. The staff are kind and helpful and it's a nice relaxing atmosphere. The seasonal displays are always lovely."

"Looking for Christmas decorations, about 1/3 of this huge store is filled with em. We only made it through the front half of the store so put your walking shoes on. Staff is friendly and helpful and store is clean, organized and well stocked."

"I placed an online order on their website for next day delivery. I guess they use a third party to deliver, Roadie. Some weird glitch happened I guess, and it was not delivered. I had to drive down there to pick it up because I guess whoever was going to deliver it just gave up on trying to figure out what was going on. But the only way I knew this information was by showing up there. No one felt the need to call and let me know. No one seemed to be bothered by ANY of this. It’s a 60 lb box. The store associate just passed the blame to Roadie and suggested next time I use Door Dash? I didn’t get a choice on the website. Obviously, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won’t be ordering anything from At Home ever again. If you can’t trust Roadie to deliver your stuff, then maybe don’t use them on your website."
