"I used to love Costco they had tofu, mangoes without sugar, and just a lot of vegan items that now have gone missing for over 6 months? I thought Costco promoted good health and a healthy environment! But no just money hungry greedy corporation that won't give us healthy food! Very disappointing in their plant-based vegan selection and how they have pretty much eliminated it!"
"My husband and I love Costco and we also love your greeters, Jim and Ann. I like cookies, but I miss the churros. What's wrong with both?? This location is new, so it is nicely organized and has a good selection of items. They do a pretty god job of keeping things in stock and offering a large number of samples, especially during the weekends. The pharmacy staff is friendly and efficient."
"Customer service was exceptionally helpful, particularly Trevin who went out of his way and had a lot of knowledge regarding a complicated problem. Trevin maintained a very professional & pleasant demeanor throughout the interaction until resolution. Impressive."
"I have always had a five-star experience until today. The ladies at the self-checkout lanes are no longer able to scan your items unless they are heavy. I had to unload all of my groceries onto the "Scale" before putting them all into the basket. What usually takes me 2 minutes, took 15. Silly. Either put hand scanners there for the customers, or have help with the scanning. The self-checkout line was huge when I left. Also, I told one of the gals about my concerns and was told there was a comment box up front. I wrote a thought out comment and when I went to put it in there, it looked like no one had removed the comments for weeks. While I'm on it, I'm tired of having AT&T, Grill people, other specialty sales people pushing products. I got sucked into the AT&T "deal" at Costco and they have the worst coverage in South Longmont! I told them my concerns about coverage as I had AT&T before and they reassured me that coverage was so much better. Right."
"Had been a while since had been to a Costco and actually shop. The store is fairly new and seems clean and well stocked. For the most part was having a great experience from the greeter to the person that eloped me out with the membership. I strolled around and initially seemed the main issue were the customers. Which I'm not putting on the store. I immediately seemed apparent customers are not too courteous navigating the aisles. Individuals that seem to be in a rush while getting flustered moving their carts in the left side of wrong direction. Even in stores believe should keep a sense of direction to avoid bumping to others around corners. That alone was just the first impression besides the "high MakaMaka" demeanor most customers and some staff exhibited. I would like to believe they're not locals but I'm afraid they're for the most part the very individuals complain about other chains customers. To top it off carts are just left wherever as nobody sees to bother putting them back. People just standing blocking narrow aisles with no concern for others. Anyways on to the actual staff and store gripes. 1. The cashier didnt seem too friendly. 2. The cashier in food court more obviously rude with an attitude she was annoyed to take order and bit rude asking which method of payment as if I had an idea there were kiosks which I didn't notice until after. Mandi could use some training in customer service. 3. I don't recall Costco checking all receipts which created a long line and I did ask the door person which he stated all Costco do so. While it's understandable at the same time it is bit excessive in my opinion. I sure hope to have a better experience in future visits."
