"Famous Footwear as a corporation is unable to reliably fulfill ship to home orders. If you make a ship to home order that cannot be fulfilled you will receive an email saying you will receive a refund. You will not receive that refund without multi day communication with their Financials Department via email. No, the store cannot refund an order that was placed at the store. I will never make another purchase from Famous Footwear again."

"@Danielle I’m sorry that your minor inconvenience drastically affected your life to the point where you needed to try to make others feel bad because you’re insecure yourself, but these employees at famous footwear just experienced one of the most traumatic events of their lives so have a little compassion. I mean, they closed the store, RIGHTFULLY SO, if you were in their situation, you would have closed the store too. You should honest to God be praising the management for closing the store to PROTECT THEIR STAFF, their safety matters 10000x more than keeping the store open for spoiled rotten little girls like you. I’ll be praying for you. Do better sweetie, I see you hating online, please disassociate yourself from the internet and never refer to yourself as a “Longmontian” ever again, that is so embarrassing to us Colorado natives."
"They literally never have any shoes I'm looking for and they close at random times not listed on the website. This is the worst shoe store. How are you in Colorado and you don't carry chacos or tevas or any sporty sandals."
