"0 starts if I could. It was my third time trying to drop off some clothes and toys and I even called ahead of time to ask if they were taking drop offs on the third attempt. and they said yes. and then still made me come pickup all my things at the end of the day because they couldn’t get to it. And the third time was incredibly frustrating. So I voiced my opinion especially because the arvada once upon a child doesn’t make you pick up your stuff at the end of the day if they can’t get to it. They’ll just do it the next day. AND this once upon a child won’t tell if you they can’t get to it. so if you can’t pick up the same day. they keep your stuff and you can’t have it back. That’s what they told me. The manager was rude and called me “miss alicia” in a sarcastic tone when I voiced my frustration. Lack of clear communication and customer service at this once upon a child."
"They have a nice variety of things there. Some stuff they didn't have. Well you know it being a consignment store. Second hand store. That being said, for me I think some of the things that they were selling were overpriced honestly. But I don't know if it's cuz it's in Longmont or what but I only bought a couple of things. I'm not sure if I'll be back, I might. I don't know"
"I have always had a great experience here, and the staff are always super nice! The store has a ton of great clothes to choose from and it’s organized beautifully! Even color coded! Also, every time I come in I’m able to find different new toys for my little one. Great prices and great quality of items throughout the store. Would recommend!"
"Wow this place has an absolutely enormous selection of baby clothing in great condition. Most onesies run from $1-4 in price. Also found some very reasonable swaddles, baby wrap carriers, nursing covers and pillows, and Children’s books. Their stroller selection is pretty limited though."
