"have to update my review — used to love shopping here and I WAS a regular until today. Today I attempted to return an item I purchased online and picked up in your store. I don’t have the debit card I purchased with ( it had been damaged and I’ve ordered a new one ) and the only option your sales reps gave me was a merchandise credit. They literally wouldn’t offer any other type of refund and told me to “just come back when you get your new card” honestly this turns me off from ever shopping here again. your own receipt states that returns can be made for any reason, at any time basically and I feel I was denied that today simply because the sales reps had bad attitudes and didn’t want to spend the 2 minutes it would have taken to process a cash return. lazy and unprofessional staff will drive me away from this location and likely Maurices in general in the future"

"The sales associates were great, however, make sure you look online first before buying!! I would have paid full price if I didn’t see the 30% if I order online. The girls said they were not allowed to tell us when we asked. If we mention it, they can give us the discount!"
