"Please note most of the GOOD reviews for this store are a year + old. Extremely frustrating staff. I've been here twice and both times left without purchasing items I was interested in because of the incessant pestering by the staff. Yes, I am in fact finding everything ok. Just like I was when you asked 45seconds ago. Not exaggerating - being interrupted several times a minute. Very pushy, very grating."

"Firstly to start off with, I love how big their selection of clothing and apparel items they have! Not to mention how warm their outside clothing gear truly is. I bought their expedition down puffer jacket in red, and I absolutely LOVE IT!! Perfectly crafted and made for those type of unbearable freezing cold fronts we have been getting these past couple of days. Only issue I’ve had is my jacket being kind of finicky with zipping up right every single time, other than that I Highly recommend this store! Their staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, generous and will help you look for any item best suited to your daily needs."

"The lady there was extremely rude and unprofessional. I liked a specific jacket very much and wanted to try another size. However the only one is on the model. The lady asked me very unfriendly:"Are you going to buy it? Otherwise you cannot try it on." How can I know without trying it??? I didn't notice the stain on the sleeve until back home. And the day after I brought the jacket to the store, they said they can do nothing. Don't recommend this store and hope fjällräven can take appropriate action to train their employees."

"Two ladies working. One was very nice the other was terrible. After they didn’t have a single pair of pants in a 30” length. While we were leaving the terrible employee tried to guilt trip me into buying pants that didn’t fit because they were cheaper. You store sucked and your selection was no good. I hope you go out of business soon."

"My wife purchased a pair of pants for me during the holiday season. The pants my wife purchased were just a little too small and because they were a Christmas gift they were not opened until Christmas. We waited until after the new year to return the pants for the correct size, after checking with the staff that this was okay. Again, my wife checked with staff to ensure that if the pants were not the right size she could return them or swap them out and after Christmas they echoed the same statement. We were told that if we found a pair of pants we could do a one for one exchange no problems at all. When we got to the store though, we found out this is not the case. The store manager told me that because the pants were purchase during a sale, I would have to pay the price difference for the same exact pants that were only different in size. The store manager was the most miserable person I have ever met and thoroughly lacks the skills necessary for customer service"
