"I went in at 5 pm on Saturday Feb 2nd with the intention of buying 2 pairs of shoes. When we walked in the 2 people behind the counter didn't even acknowledge us. We walked around for a few looking at the new arrivals and still were never acknowledged so we left. They would've had a nice sale if they had acknowledged us. Tell them to do better"

"Prices no different than website, +$20 than Amazon. Staff reluctant to assist me while inattentive to customers talking to one another. When asking about pricing inconsistency, one associate said “then go get it and bring it to me,” and would not follow me to clarify/engage with the product. I inquired about court shoes and another associate only paused their personal conversation with another associate long enough to say, “all we have is back there.” I think ASICS makes great products, but their customer service is poor."
