"You have to try the Bodpod of uour wanting to measure your weight loss/gain! The gym has many diffemachines available for different types of workouts, including and indoor track."
"I spent seven weeks coming here, and they had all I needed for different workouts. I was able to use free weights and alternate to cable weights. They have a room for speed bags and punching bags and a rockwall with rentable equipment. They also have basketball courts. There is dance studios. Locker rooms with showers for female and male. Gym membership is available to the public. There was a mix of students and public."
"Cons: - The gym equipment is a bit dated but functional. Staff doesn’t really help you understand some equipment when asked; I’ve asked twice and was told to read the description or they’ll get someone for me. I waited 15 mins before moving on. - I understand it’s a campus but the maturity level in the gym is disappointing. Chasing each other around the equipment and not wiping after use is not the gym etiquette I’d present. It is a bit tedious trying to work out and focus when there’s a group waiting around and playing with the equipment improperly. Staff usually doesn’t say anything to those people but it could be a safety risk. - There’s some concerns with some equipment not properly working and when reported staff had told me “I’ll tell someone” like? Maybe put a warning sign on it then inform? -layout is a bit confusing as I’ll find machines facing different directions from a previous day, or some equipment moved. - my price changes per month based on who I’m talking to day of which is annoying. I am a student at Highlands and was paying $30 a month but some staff members charge me $42 which is a bit of a switch and quite annoying because they are not all on the same page. - There are some pros don’t get me wrong - Price is decent for the equipment in the facility even if it’s dated - pretty quiet if there are mature adults around. - Locker rooms are clean but bring your own toiletries for the shower as well as towel - Most equipment are available during the day for use - there’s only one staff member whose been helpful and once I get her name I will list it. She’s helped me more with equipment usage, signing up and alerting staff when something isn’t working properly. Overall, It’s a great short term gym but I will eventually make a switch within the coming year."
"I have been going here for years, great atmosphere, always the best equipment. And depending on the time of day and time of year, it’s pretty easy to get in your workout without having to wait."
"When I’m in town, I’ll always come here to workout. They have everything that I need to get a good workout in. The facility has legit equipment and kept clean. The staff have amazing customer service. Becky up front is the best!"
