"I didn’t have a chance to stay at the hotel. Assistant manager assured to cancel and refund the money over the phone as my little boy was sick and we could not be there for stay. Later Priceline staff/hotel front desk staff made the decision not to give refund when manager was away. Wish I had refund and could consider hotel for future stays."

"I booked this hotel through a third party, but received my confirmation through IHG as I always do. When I showed up at the hotel they tell me they don't have my reservation! I give her the confirmation number from the IHG app and she can't find it and tells me to call someone because she could only book me a new reservation. I called IHG and ended up speaking to 3 different people before someone could do anything for me... IHG had my reservation! They called the hotel, and they were still not able to access my reservation! IHG had them rebook me at my original rate, and refund what I had already paid. The entire chec-in was about 45 minutes... For my trouble? Double amenity points and offered me a bottle of water... The hotel is nice. I like the lounge area on the second floor. It would be a nice area to hang out with people you were there with, rather than sit in a room. The room was spacious, though I didn't like the single multifunction high top table with a single chair. The closet was a near idea, opens to the outside to load your things in or out, but also opens to the bathroom so you could get dressed. Bed was ok. Room was mostly quiet, despite not having carpeting. The AC unit wasn't off/low/high, but an actual variable speed, which I enjoyed. This also uses your keycard as a master lighting switch. I removed it one night to turn off the lights, but it also killed the outlets, and my devices didn't charge overnight. Beware if you take long showers, the bathroom has a motion sensor light. After so long behind the shower glass, it doesn't sense you anymore and well, the light turn off... There is not much near the hotel in walking distance, though a couple good restaurants fairly nearby. Obviously the airport is nearby. Breakfast sucked! Overnight oat? Nah, they were started when the person got in in the morning. They were quite chewy still, and not hot. The breakfast all week consisted of the poor example of oatmeal, an egg white omelet, a Jimmy Dean pre-made sausage breakfast sandwich, still wrapped, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, and oranges. Same thing all week... I did not have the dinner at any point. Bsed on this experience I will be staying at another Atwell hotel."

"Ladies at front desk were super sweet! Airport shuttle very unreliable as they pickup for several hotels in the area. Totally not the Atwells fault - you sign up for shuttle for time every 30 minutes is what shuttle driver says-front desk called the shuttle and he said 10 minutes - I waited and waited until finally 45 mins later she'd had ordered me an Uber because she knew I was getting close to possibly be late. VERY NICE OF HER TO DO! The rooms were very clean and spacious with coffee maker and mini fridge plenty of area not to feel cramped. And the bed was very comfy as well."

"Surprisingly cute little place. Clean property and friendly staff. I had a late check-in and early departure. They even gave me a complimentary toothbrush. Rooms were updated and cute. Would recommend."

"I enjoyed myself here during my one night stay. 1000-thread count sheets were a welcome surprise. The whole building & my room was very clean with a modern vibe. I was appreciative of the local restaurant options & 7-Eleven within walking distance as I was starving & without toiletries… Also, the airport shuttle drivers were both on their A-game making like rapid 5-stops on their circuit & zipping us to/from in great time (departing every:30-mins.) Only strange downside is the car race rally that manifested outside the window as 30-cars wanted to do burnouts for an hour. But they eventually left before the cops came."
