"Beware of this location if you value your safety, privacy or sleep. The entire back parking lot was a solid sheet of ice that they do nothing to treat to make safe for guests and even being extremely careful I still fell and seriously injured my neck. Went inside for ice and was faced with an extremely rude lady behind the desk as well as freshly mopped floors with no wet floor signs and not being able to move my neck almost slipped again. Also got woken up at 8am by the maid banging as loudly as she could on my door several times and trying to enter several times even with the door lock on and do not disturb sign on the door. I tried informing the manager that they need to treat the ice with or sand and said no one usually parks back there so they’re not going to do anything differently."

"Dirty rooms with stained couch and bed, black mystery substance in the corner of the shower, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HILTON BREAKFAST. Parking is extra but it’s just a plain lot. I saw people parking across the field and walking so they didn’t get gouged $15 a day. It’s a small lobby with no pool table or games. There’s no outdoor space to use with a fireplace. Texas had one when it was 100° but Aurora doesn’t when it’s 29° outside? I came for business and if they made me come back here again I would opt out of the trip."

"DONOT stay here!!! First night our truck was broken into. Staff had zero concern, which gave us the feeling it was an inside job. We were parked right up front next to the main door. They have signs posted about break-ins, but zero security cameras! Breakfast is the worst I’ve seen! Jimmy Dean sandwich’s is not breakfast. No other food offered, cold cereals, toast, fruit, or yogurt! Coffee was always empty and took way too long to refill. Pool was nice and my kids loved it. Way too much chlorine that burned my eyes while watching my kids swim. Rooms were nice and clean, and beds comfortable. About the only nice thing I could say. Rooms are reasonably priced, however the cost to fix our vehicle was not!!!"

"Charged 15 per room for parking. Had 1 vehicle and 2 rooms. Sofa bed broken in the suite. Checked in and within in 30 mins around 5/5:30pm went to vehicle and was already broken into. Security was supposed to be on site till 9pm. No video cameras. Sure seemed like an inside job. Very much unhappy."

"We were there for a month. Our son had major surgery and needed help. He lived within walking distance. Everything was wonderful. Not one negative thing. It was comfortable, quiet, very accommodating."
