"Not a single issue here during my 1st visit HoweverDuring my second visit it was late at night I needed 2 double A batteries for my Xbox controller. Now I don't know why it was an issue for them but when I went down to the desk and asked if they had some they had said that they didn't have batteries for sale but if I needed them for the remote for the TV they would give them to me I told them no I needed them for my controller and they said I'm sorry we Don't have that available for guests Now I was looking at other walking or getting an Uber to the nearest gas station which was about a mile away. Now Why wouldn't you just take care of your guest and give them two batteries if you had them? I was slightly annoyed by this and walked to the gas station .This was the only issue I had and In a city where drug addicts live out of hotels this one was as far as I could see clear of any sign of such activity. The location was beautiful and it was placed directly next door to one of the finest steakhouses in Denver. Former Denver broncos coach Mike Shanahans restaraunt, Shanahan steakhouses. Our rooms view wasn't spectacular but I wasn't put off by it either. The breakfast in the morning which came with the room was absolutely one of the best offering waffles scrambled eggs oatmeal sausage fritatascerial yogurt and a few other items but was delicious and satisfying . I wasn't rushed out of the room by staff first thing in the morning which was nice being Able to take my time.the only thing was I think the mattress was a little to hard for my taste. But all in all a very nice experience. FIVE STARS TO THE FAIRFIELD."
"Breath of fresh air, literally. We started our week's stay at the Fairfield in Cherry Creek and it was so awful. We both woke up feeling ill, found mold all over the shower, and so many other issues. We decided to cancel the rest of our stay and cut across town to this most excellent Fairfield Denver Tech Center. Bullet points: - Super clean and updated. The lobby was clean and tidy and smelled so fresh. They also kept their water, coffee, and hot water containers full, which not all hotels do. - Comfortable beds. We cuddled in one of the two queens, both mattresses were comfortable. A stark contrast to the other hotel's double sized beds that sagged in the middle. - Updated bathrooms. Large showers in place of small, rusty tubs. The water pressure was great and everything was very clean. Good toiletries, including makeup wipes and shoe polishing wipes. Towels were even soft. - Quick service response. We had an issue with the remote and the sink stopper was jammed on arrival. Maintenance came right up and was very friendly. They also were quick to bring up toilet paper and friendly when we went downstairs to ask for some extra toiletries. -Excellent breakfast. The breakfast area was open and tidy. As a healthy eater, I was happy to have fresh oatmeal with all of the clean toppings I could want. They had a lovely spread of waffles, pastries, muffins, eggs, sausage, oatmilk, good fruit... We love a good breakfast. -Clean gym and heated pool. I did yoga in the pool area every morning while my hubby used the gym. We'd follow up with a lovely swim in the heated pool, the perfect temp to cool you down, but not freeze you out while it was snowing outside. They also politely turned down the music for me. -Pleasant, helpful staff. For a longer hotel stay, the staff makes ALL the difference. They were all kind, helpful, and friendly. The cleaning staff were like ghosts. Everything was so clean, but I only heard them out in the hall once. Very quick and quiet. (This is important to me, it's annoying when the cleaning staff is loud, chatty and try to enter your room early in the morning, even with the dnd sign on the handle.) Also, they were kind enough to comp our parking since we were there all week. I want to mention that we're also great guests. We're kind, rarely complain, clean up after ourselves, and we're friendly with staff - especially those preparing food or cleaning. We always want to be kind and show appreciation, so to have a hotel meet our caliber of treatment was a true pleasure. Kudos to the hotel manager and all of your staff. You gave us a great week. Cheers."
"Very nice facility. One star off because you have EV chargers you constantly allow to be “iced” by oil burners. Fortunately the Marriott next door has chargers, but you need to start registering the licenses in your lot and enforcing parking. (You told us you didn’t know licenses, but you just want to collect to charge parking fees). There’s gonna be a lot of ICE vehicles with flat tire in the mornings."
"We stayed here for a sporting tournament that was held locally. I would like to say that I have stayed in several hotels. The layout of this hotel room was great! The room had hooks for hangers or clothes, etc. It included a small food area and with a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. The designers of these rooms were truly aware of travelers' needs and I appreciate that. Lots of outlets throughout the room and the bathroom was very nice. It had a great layout, clean and nice design. We were very pleased with our stay here and we would stay again in the future. One big plus is the sweet lady who oversees the morning breakfast. She is so hard working and she really goes out of her way to accommodate guests. I should say that I would like to give my stay 5 stars. The only reason for my 4 star rating isthe daily parking fee of $10. I really don't think guests should have to pay a separate parking fee and the parking should be included in our stay."
"Decent place to stay, short walk to the light rail so that’s nice. Rooms are a bit on the small side so be aware of that. Neither the main light nor the fridge worked in our room. Overall seems pretty new. Breakfast is pretty subpar, even for a hotel"
