"I'll start with what's most important: My room was clean, the bathroom was clean, plenty of towels, tp, all appliances work. The lamps have at least two outlets each and there are three lamps, plus extra outlets in the bathroom. The hotel is pretty quiet, though I can tell the walls seem relatively thin. The sliding glass door keeps very little of the outside noise outside, but it doesn't bother me much. The hotel is in serious need of a remodel, but it looks like they paint and do their best to keep up without spending millions to fully modernize. The 'free premium wifi' does not live up to its name, as I'm consistently getting under 2 Mbps. The gym is.... Not good to put it mildly. An elliptical, a bike, an 'all-in-one' machine that's seen better days, and a cheap set of inadequate plastic weights filled with sand scatter the room. The outdoor pool is closed off for the season but the area around it needs maintenance before summer. I haven't had breakfast yet, but the room is large and looks well kept. That's one thing I keep seeing, a clean hotel, albeit a bit run down. After a remodel and the same staff/management, I could see this place being rated 4.5/5 or higher. P.S. - They have a nice little shop with snacks and knick knacks you might need/want."

"Room was adequate, bed was better than some. The bad was heavy curtain doesn't close and much light and drafts from outside. The double shower head was great. Breakfast was adequate. Standard waffles, cold sausage and scrambled eggs. Overall not the Hilton but way better than super 8."

"Long term stay, but quiet mostly, suite is couch and lounger and a hidda-bed. Nothing to change except periodic plumbing issues, jacuzzi and laundry for guests, 1st floor bathrooms , temperamental. Consistent breakfast, variety and clean areas. Cold weather is a factor for situations like water. But fixed just for the next curve. I'd look for this chain of Hotel before I grab another lower rate. Worth the price."

"Bed was stiff not really complaining about that I just perfer a slightly softer one. Pillows were plentiful but I tinny. Like throw pillow size. I would of perfered full size Pillows. OK complaining over. The place was very clean and employees were great. Breakfast was your normal continental breakfast. Nothing special but good for free food"

"Do not book this room unless you have no choice. Even then your better off sleeping in your car. The location of the hotel is awful. Transients everywhere and construction happening all around. Their was a blood stained mattress in hallway and inside room their was what appeared to be blood splatter on ceiling. Room smelled of stale smoke. When we requested a refund. The manager declined. Offered to put us up at another hotel even further. We left with no refund and having to spend more money somewhere else."
