"We stayed here for one night as we were passing through. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was very friendly. 4 stars for the location because it is a bit outside the downtown location but it is easy to access off the main road. They were accommodating for our late check out and room was reasonably priced."

"Well outside of downtown with extremely over priced and very noisy rooms. Service is mediocre and the front desk agent lied about previous stay costs. Also claimed this is a busy season when in fact it’s the slow season. I would avoid at all costs. Owner claims he didn’t know agent claimed the room cost was $175. Not angry just amazed they’re this incompetent."

"We really enjoyed our stay this past weekend! The staff was super friendly and our room was clean! We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We appreciated the large TV and Roku in the room! We definitely will stay here again if we are ever back in the area!"

"If you need a quite clean room in good location and do not care about luxury and amenities like me, this is a good place for you to stay in Durango. Located practically directly on Route 550 which becomes the Million Dollar Highway when you drive to Ouray. My room was spacious clean and quite though not far from main street. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean and adequate. Wifi was of ok speed. The staff is very friendly and helpful."

"For the price it's a no-brainer. Safe, clean, functional. In many ways the owner is missing a real opportunity since the motel has some great mid-century vibes that could become crowd-pleasers if they remodelled and just levelled-up their service (friendly but perfunctory). There's room for a lot more community activity too, and it's moments from the river so why not have some inner tubes for rent?"
