"I can't even give this place 1 star! This place is a total "dive"! It's filthy, rundown, outdated, and should be condemned and torn down! Some of the rooms don't even have hot water! The heating system for the rooms is very inadequate! The beds are very uncomfortable! The Colorado Health Department should definitely investigate this dump!! Stay here at your own risk! Don't waste your money!! Buyer Beware!!!"

"While the staff here were very nice I feel it’s only fair to share that it’s well worth driving the extra half hour to Vernal. We stayed here bc of the relatively high google rating and the relative proximity to the park. We weren’t expecting it to be a Ritz but we also weren’t expecting fleas and cockroaches in our room. Let me just say that the bed was so dirty I slept in leggings socks and a long sleeve shirt (on top of the sheets and towels) so that critters couldn’t touch me. To say it was horrific was an understatement but I made the call to stay here bc of the logistics to the park, the late night arrival time and my need to stay on track for our road trip so, I made the best of it. My husband (who could sleep on a bed of rocks in the middle of a Forrest) was traumatized for months and wanted to sleep in our car. Our trip improved exponentially when we made it to Dinosaur National Monument early the following day because we couldn’t really sleep so we left at 5am, the early arrival allowed us to drive the whole park and take in the sites and get back to the visitor center for opening well ahead of anyone else. Despite the close proximity to the park avoid this place at all cost."

"Very quiet and very warm if you want. Accommodations are very low on the scale, though the room has a very clean fridge which does not smell, coffee maker, and what looks like a 720p TV. Free WiFi is advertised but did not use it. They appear to always be available and were able to check me in, using cash, with no interaction by giving me a door code. Was 50 even for a night. Convenient, cheap and no BS, for a side of the road middle of nowhere place they really do deserve 5 stars but please expect an extremely minimal hotel experience in other ways. Definitely beats a motel 6. This rating is hugely dependant on how easy this hotel was to access. That said, would definitely rather stay here than the Hilton in Vegas. That place still haunts my nightmares. Very quiet here. No smoking of any kind allowed in the room."

"The room was super cozy and very clean. I showed up without a reservation and was in a room right away. There was a great bar and grill across the street. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker in room. Big tv with satellite. Smoking allowed on the porch. The porch is very cool. It was perfect for me."
