Camp Bow Wow,

"I wish my review could be similar to the most recent ones, but it can't. I also wish that my review could be about the inside of the space, and the experience of my dog, but it also can't. I am in the market for a day camp and wanted to come by to look at the place and then sign my dog up if we all are agreeable. When I parked, 3 staff members were outside. As I walked to the far south door, I was asked if I was there for Camp Bow Wow- when I replied yes, I was told the entrance was the other door. While I walk from one side to the other, I'm asked what my dog's name is. I give that information and I am asked why I am there- when I say for daycare, I am told that registration is done on the app. I let them know that I tried to but wasn't successful so I thought it would be beneficial to come visit the spot and then decide if I want to sign up. I am then asked if I uploaded my dog's vaccine record because until that's done the app won't work. ALL OF THIS WAS HAPPENING OUTSIDE WHILE THEY HAVE THEIR SMOKE BREAK. I immediately felt uncomfortable and couldn't trust to leave my dog in their care. I tried to call and maybe give it a second try with a member of the leadership team - but to my surprise, the shift lead was one of the staff members outside. I guess if I wanted to be served and feel welcomed - I should've come around their break time. Disappointed!"

"(My dogs stayed for 5 nights from July 10-14, 2017) I trust the staff here to take care of my three dogs when I go out of town. I love that my pups get to mingle with other dogs and are constantly moving about. The staff is professional and the facility is super clean. I don't know how they do it but the gals and guys here remember my dogs' names! Oh, and I almost forgot: On the Friday I was supposed to pick up my dogs, my flight was delayed coming into Denver International Airport. I called the Camp Bow Wow Aurora office and Amber was able to stay open for an extra 5 mins so I could pick up my dogs before they closed for the night. She didn't have to do that but I really appreciate that she did!"
