"Absolute waste of time! I scheduled two appointments (first time) for my pup. Showed up at 6:30am as they require for new dogs and was told that I did not have an appointment and that they did not have room. I scheduled two extremely full days of work around daycare, as you do. Now, I have to frantically cancel everything. In addition, I heard the guy at the front desk screaming at a dog in the back. Didn't make me feel comfortable but I was going to give it a chance - absolutely never again after this first experience."
