"We’ve brought both our pets here for emergencies and they have been amazing both times! Fast and responsive and the best part of our experience here was that we got to stay with our pets through the entire visits. Beware of the fees though! It’s pricey taking your pets into any type of emergency hospital but they do have options and are very clear on pricing before moving forward with any procedures. Thank you doctor Leah S. "We've visited VEG a few times, and each experience has been fantastic. We most recently visited for a (thankfully) relatively minor issue, but any time your pet is in pain can be so scary! The genuine care and compassion the staff here offers is truly unmatched. They kept us totally comfortable and at ease, with thorough explanations and complete transparency. I wish I could call out individuals, but honestly I think every single staff member stopped by at least once to make Annie feel like she was the goodest girl there. Thank you for taking such good care of us!"

"I went in for an emergency visit my dog named sugar she's a 7 month old puppy and she was out of it and they helped her immediately they help me figure out a way to pay for it they never thought twice immediately there was like bring her in this place is so awesome if you have an animal any kind of animal you need to come here . There is no other hospital that I will take my Sugar to ..... I just wish that they were actual doctors office so I could just hold on to them forever. If if you love your pet then you're not going to go anywhere else you want to stay right here this place is A1."

"Updating my review after a second visit. We brought our kitty Souffle here when she was very sick. We ended up having to put her to sleep, which was a difficult decision for the whole family. During the process, the staff was accommodating and sympathetic. They gave us as much time as we needed with her before it happened and allowed us to hold her in her last minutes. The care and compassion of these professionals were a great comfort during this process. They were respectful and let us take our time saying goodbye, not rushing us at all. I can't thank them enough for the support and care they showed our kitty and us during this challenging experience. We got a beautiful urn, and it didn't take long to get her ashes so she could come home. Thank you all for everything. We miss Souffle profoundly but couldn't have found a better vet."

"I have been to VEG twice for urgent care for my dog. We received excellent service and care each time. The staff have been helpful, kind, and professional both times. The whole team, from the front desk staff to the vets and techs, made a scary and stressful experience go as smoothly and comfortably as possible for both me and my dog. I was able to be next to or in sight of my dog the whole time. I watched through the window as she got x-rays taken while the vet techs kept her calm and gave her lots of comfort and hugs- just how I would have if I could have been in the x-ray room with her! I was so grateful that they were so patient and gentle with my girl. We were offered options for where to wait that would be most comfortable for my dog and me, and during longer periods of waiting, staff periodically checked on us and offered updates and support. We left with a clear diagnosis and plan for treatment. In my case, I initially brought my dog in for concerning vomiting but left with a diagnosis of pneumonia- the stomach x-rays looked good, but thankfully the vet noticed the unusual appearance in my dog’s lungs and ordered additional chest x-rays. The additional x-rays combined with the thorough history taken (my dog has been being treated for a cough for the last couple weeks) led to a helpful diagnosis and additional treatment for my dog that likely prevented things from getting worse for her. I’m so grateful for the thorough attentiveness and care from Dr Beth S and the team. I would not hesitate to recommend VEG to anyone who is in the unfortunate situation of needing emergency veterinary care!"
