"When I got there, they said that because I was late, they could no longer see my reservation. I had sent the reservations through Priceline and they basically said I was going to lose a whole weeks paid stay. Priceline ended up working it out so that I could stay in my remaining days, I stay there for multiple weeks and the owner would constantly knock on my door every day that I was to pay for my stay at 9 AM and rudely wake me up then what ended my stay was the owner son and the owner got into a verbal argument in front of me And then the The son he came rude and belligerent with me when I was paying $456 a week. He accused me of not being able to pay when in fact, I had the money in a different account. They have no breakfast they’re swimming pool it’s filled in with large rocks, the laundry facility is six dollars per load I would recommend staying at this facility was able to stay at the cozy Studios for less money per week and it was like a studio apartment. And also the rude owner woke me up late at night to pay for the room rent and accused me of not answering the phone when, in fact, the phone never works from the day I walked into the room. The refrigerator didn’t work and they waited a day to replace it."

"The room we stayed in was recently renovated and incredibly clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was pretty good considering what we paid for the room. The staff was friendly as well. This was potentially the best value I have ever found for a hotel. Not to mention the fact that there were on demand movies on the TV which we really enjoyed. Clean, affordable, I will definitely stay here again when I come back to GJ."

"Is property is run by a family of thieves and liars who are constantly arguing amongst each other very loudly. There was seven black hairs in the bathtub on check in. The breakfast food with steel and they only offer the in-room coffee which is terrible. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet but that's only because only one other room was occupied so I understand why now they have two stars."

"I was pleasantly surprised! At first I thought it would be a regular-to-poor hotel but when I got into the room it was really nice! It was clean, renovated and functional. The breakfast was the only downside (little variety of items) but it was not bad at all. I would be happy to stay here again!"

"Pleasantly surprised! Previous reviews made me nervous, but I’m glad we stayed there! The outside could use some upkeep, but the location was perfect (amazing coffee shop across the street) and the neighborhood was quiet. The room we stayed in was very clean and clearly recently renovated. It was very modern and comfortable, and we appreciated the fridge and microwave (still floored at how many hotels don’t offer those amenities anymore). We had no issues with the staff. The man at the front desk was great, and the women and man who were cleaning the rooms the next morning were all super friendly. I would absolutely crash there again on our way through Grand Junction!"
