"I was a client here a few years ago. From the get go I could tell that the owner of this business was more concerned with the financial aspect than wanting to help you. Example of this was when I would have an appointment with him the first words out of his mouth was "Did you make a payment today?". If I said yes I could stay. If it was no he would not see me. Also he never seemed to believe me. He was bad in listening communication skills. It seemed he formed an opinion of what I was and never swayed from that. It was a waste of my time and money when I was going there."
