"I reached out to Gregg to see if he could look at my Audi and diagnose why it was leaking coolant. He responded promptly and we set a date for him to look at it. I left it with him for a few days and he let me know that it was due to a leaking water pump. Gregg was not able to fix it at the time, however he reached out beforehand to someone who could do the work and then referred me to that individual. They were able to get me taken care of right away and now the Audi is running great. Gregg is very responsive, communicative, thorough, and an overall pleasure to work with.
