"Everyone other than Dr. Huamonte is wonderful. Do not let her touch your pets. She made poor calls with my dog, who turned out to be completely fine but only after upselling me to the special care plan, $80 more per month than I was paying, just to turn around and tell me he's fine. Banfield now refuses to let me downgrade back to his normal plan without paying $672 out of pocket - all for her poor judgement. She is clearly only in it for the money and does not care for the health of your pets. We switched Banfields until our plans run out then we will be changing vets completely after 8 years of happy care. I don't know if the vets get a special bonus for the care plans but I'm sure she's getting something out of it for her own benefit."

"Absolutely terrible experience. We had been taking our dog here for about a year and it was always easy to make an appointment which was a big plus for us. However, they lost our dogs files not once, but twice. They also would recommend extremely expensive and unnecessary procedures like X-rays for diarrhea. We also had to get heart worm tests done multiple times for one prescription of heart worm prevention meds because they kept losing his file somehow, but never offered to pay for the tests. This also led to our dog being behind on his prescription which is a heart worm flea and tick combo medicine which resulted in him getting tapeworms from an infected flea. We went to a diff vet today, they called over to get our dogs files and guess what?! They didn’t have them!"

"First visit with my senior furbaby. The appointment scheduling was easy and convenient. Day of appointment they were friendly and so caring, which made me feel at ease. Highly recommend services at this location."

"I messed up my appointment time and they were still able to see me and didn’t make me feel bad about it (which I totally did). Justise who checked me in was very understanding and helped me get new client paperwork filled out. Samantha and daylnn were great with my kitty and very patient. My cat started to have a hard time with a part of his appointment and they remained patient with him. Daylynn recommended and provided a prescription to help with anxiety for his next appointment to keep him stress free which I’ve never been offered at other vets and appreciate!"

"I actually had the most calming, easy experience at the vet ever. we avoid the vet like the plague due to my dogs anxiety and random aggression. I let them know several times, they handled ME and my dog both excellent!! They gave me all the details of what they did and how he was. Although we found out my dog doesn't like men very much, he did so well and everyone in that office is absolutely incredible! Thank you for the wonderful experience and forever changing my thoughts on the vet!"
