"This school mentally teared me and my family down. Last year I was an eighth grade student their the only thing they did was beat me down. Let's just put it this way they school suspended a boy for cussing but when a girl punched and told a girl to go die in a whole the school doesn't give a crap. my parents talked to the principle about getting my math class changed since the other teacher would role her eyes and and call me names in front of the class. The principle literally said that the other teacher was an awful teacher..... One day I came home from school and told my mom about my day she started having a mental brake down. I locked my self in the bathroom and cried she came up to the door and said "don't worry I will get some of my retirement money out so I can get you out of that harmful environment". I cried harder was I the one that caused this I didn't want my mom to break into her life savings for me. At this time I was getting a lot of mean comment from some of the boys about how I am flat chested or had a puffed out face. When I was in that bathtub crying my eyes out about how I wasn't good enough for them I looked at me wrist. Earlier that day I made a fake tattoo in marker the said "stay strong". I kept looking t my wrist thing "is it really worth it to stay strong" At that moment I took my finger nail and stated cutting my wrist with it. Thankful it didn't have any blood and I didn't go to far. I am happy I kept my life I love my life. Every day I remember coming to that school hearing about girls just like me who could not not handle the depression of Newton and cut or try to kill them selves and end up in the hospital. You only have one life and you should use that life for love not classes at newton middle school"

"This is an amazing school for anyone and everyone. My two boys went there. They came back the first day and told me "Wow! I have funny teachers and we had WEB leaders and the 7th and 8th graders didn't bully me and I met 20 new friends and..." I felt like my boys were safe. They always had stories to tell us at dinner about their day. As I met the teachers, I noticed the staff were all kind hearted teachers and mostly experienced teachers. I felt that my boys were safe and growing up. I trust this school. I trust this staff. And so I handed over my boys, and let them turn into teen students."

"I went to newton for 7th-8th grad and let me just say it is on the the most boring schools out there! They have no fun clubs and everyone judges you even the teachers. The kids are rude and i got bullied. im not prepared for high school, they taught us things from 2nd-5th grade. Please im begging you, DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS THERE! You will thank me later but its honestly the worst school i have ever been to."
