"Dropped my dog off for boarding at 7:30 PM one night, picked him up at 5:30PM next day… Betty charged me $40 for 2 days because, “it goes by the day,” she said. He wasn’t even there 24 hrs… I had boarded him there on a previous occasion for a single overnight from 10AM to @ 4PM the following day and she charged me $20 for one day… “oh, somebody made a mistake,” she said… she’s the one who charged me!… they’re too old and just greedy… never again…"
