"i hate the safety. there was a threat against my school to get shot up.joke or not , the hightened security is a complete lie. they make me completely livid if they think they are doing the best to protect me or my friends.its so horrible i now have to worry about death as i learn.i thought it would be a fun and inspirational school but now i have to worry if i will make a whole semester at a place i used to call home. dakota ridge was so great until the thought of "oh hey i might die" came to my mind."
"The place is fine, just like any other school, there's good teachers and bad teachers but the counselors are really amazing and the school does care about the success of its students beyond just getting good scores on tests so they look good. The current principal Dr. Jellenik is really great and caring."
"As a current student, i can say that this school is great. The admin. is great and understanding but the AD is an ass so don't come to Dakota for sports, the teachers are hit and miss most are good and willing to help you however some are just a brick wall who's rules are unnecessary and unrealistic but if you be yourself you will find a group of friends and you will have a good time"
"I think this school is cool teacher are great. The staff will work with in order to get you to graduate. Classes are fun the clubs are great . The people don't judge you. I enjoy this school."
