"Got a double bill. They bill for the facility and the doctor seperate. $500 WITH insurance for them to take my vitals and write me an antibiotics prescription. For urgent care, not even emergency service. What a huge scam."

After one of my script was ordered incorrectly three times, costing me double for the wrong script and for the correct script, I complained to the office manager. No reimbursement, no apologies. She just cancelled me as a patient. This review is not reflective of Doctor Turner who is a five star MD."

"I found this direct care practice didn’t provide any advantage over a regular PCP. They don’t deliver what is stated in their marketing message. Initially, a very friendly woman delivered an inviting sales pitch. But, unfortunately what was described in her sales pitch fell way short in every way."

"Went in last year because I got a speck of dust on my eye that I was having issues flushing out. Came in and explained that we have no insurance and asked how much it will be. They assured me that while they couldn't give me an exact answer it wouldn't be too bad because they had an "uninsured plan". Total visit took about 30-45 minutes and consisted of mostly filling out paperwork. All the doctor did was give me a drop of eye numbing solution and then grabbed the speck with a Q-Tip. I paid $150 then and the next month I got a bill for another $150... I thought that was a bit expensive but... whatever. Today however I found that they sent me ANOTHER bill for $1,450! Making for a total of $1,750.00 for this. I am appalled at the cost of this and feel lied to and cheated out of my money which I didn't have to spend. I tried being as up front as possible with everyone and nowhere did anyone ever hint at such a crazy bill. Quite the opposite. This has put alot of financial burden on my family. I will not be coming back to this hospital and I would hope that whoever reads this will heed my warning and steer clear themselves. It feels borderline criminal what these people did."
