"Everything this staff did to help my dog (and put myself at ease) was beyond amazing! I had a called the clinic a few times in advance for some advice for my dog having hives. Desi answered all my questions and gave me advice to what to give and what to look for. Upon symptoms getting worse I took her to the clinic and I will say it's worth driving from palisade to their clinic for this! They were very accommodating to my dog being reactive and not maintaining well around other animals allowing her to he roughly checked outside by a tech and letting everything happen in the exam room once in there. Explained everything that was going on and made sure the final choices were up to me and that I had all the information to best care for my dog! Thank you so much to everyone for helping us out and being so patient with my dog being reactive and not tolerating needles very well. As much as I hope I won't have a situation where this an emergency vet is needed again. If there ever is I would put all my trust in y'alls care for my old gal. Thank you!"

I thought she swallowed a string, but Bebe and her team figured out the actual problem very quickly on top of it being a busy weekend night. Best vet experience in over 15 years, everyone in here was very knowledgeable, caring, and respectful. I wish I could use them as my regular vet. "Can not say enough good things about this ER. We live in Mancos Colorado between Durango and Cortez we attempted to contact vets in our area to help with one of our dogs that was welping in the middle of the night and they did not seem to think we had an emergency on our hands. We know our dogs very very well they are working border collies we spend 24/7 with them, not only are they our companions they are also our hired hands. We knew things were not going well for this female trying to give birth so we call and spoke with Dr. Molinaro he was incredibly professional and listened to our concerns. My husband ending up making the 4 our drive to their clinic Dr. Molinaro and his staff were able to save our dog and all 5 pups. If we wouldn’t have made that trip we most certainly would have lost all the puppies and possibly our female. 5 starts isn’t enough! Thank you for not only saving our best friend but also our best employee:)"

"I had to bring my dog in on Friday after Thanksgiving. I am from the Denver area and I was visiting family in the area. My dog was not acting himself and needed some immediate attention. I was immediately greeted with friendly and caring staff who helped to triage us and gave us a time expectation. We were roomed and saw the tech and vet in a reasonable time. Everyone was so caring towards my dog and my husband and I. Dr. Bebe was very helpful in her assessment and explanation. We were able to have a diagnosis and treatment by the end of the day which alleviated my worries. I am so thankful for this Animal ER, to Dr. Bebe, Amanda and Sarah who made a scary situation much better and appreciated the wonderful care that was provided to my Broccoli ☺️. Thank you all and would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for care for their pets."

"While traveling, my pup Tater Tot unfortunately cut his ear while wrestling with another dog. Dr. Bebe, the receptionist, and the technician helping us were so kind and helpful even though I was a total mess! Dr. Bebe cleaned up his ear and got him started on some pain medications and antibiotics. Poor guy now has to wear an e-collar though! We were visiting Grand Junction so we had no idea of any clinics in town. I'm so thankful they were open and could help! Highly recommend this clinic for your fur babies!! We are already planning another trip back to Grand Junction and it's great to know this clinic is here in case either of my kiddos need any medical care while we are out having fun."
