"I would like to thank Aftermath and the employees I delt with to get the Biohazard taken care of in my home. After some online searching, I settled on Aftermath due to their years in business and their A+ rating with the BBB. When I called, I was told that a team could be at my house in approximately 2 hours as they were finishing up on another project. I received a second call updating me on the team’s arrival and then a call from the supervisor giving me an additional update. They were here before the 2 hours that I was originally told. Everyone was extremely courteous and sensitive to my situation. The supervisor (Eric) informed me that the cleanup should be covered by my homeowner’s insurance. I didn’t know that so was very good news. Eric and Alicia were great. After I got the estimate and authorized them to begin the got right to work on the cleanup. Eric kept me informed thru every step of the process which I really appreciated. They took care of all the cleanup, reporting and submission of paperwork to the insurance company. The need of a company like this was never on my radar but I’m so extremely grateful that they were there to be called on during a very difficult time.
