"I spoke with Lisa Wiggins the owner to set up my cleaning( which i used about 5 months ago), she claims to be willing to cater to my needs which i loved when i had her before. I do not need everything in my house cleaned just the floors and bathrooms and dusting i told her. She told me the cost would be $160,when i told her i used to use you guys and it was $135 she said " I remember you" and then proceeded with the old rate which was okay with me but i didn't want to spend more than that. The maids showed up and it was none of the maids i have ever seen before. I heard them ask each other if they had ever cleaned this house and they both replied to the other one "no".I asked them if they had any questions they said no we've been here before, then walks up to me a minute later and says the notes say to not make the beds......do you want us to make the beds??? No i replied just the floors, bathrooms and dusting. I get a email from Lisa about an hour later saying that "the cleaners want to add more time because my shower needed more time than normal which will bring your rate to $150". I replied with "the glass on my shower is always dirty white streaks and i have tried everything and so has other maid services and your maids, so no please stick with the $135 rate", She said you got it! Then she emails me again and said the cleaners spent more time in the kitchen then normal so the rate with be $150 how would you like to pay? I sent her back an email saying please call me i would like to talk before giving payment, she said i don't have your number please call me so i did and told her i only wanted the floors, bathrooms and dusting. She said you never said that, everyone has their kitchen cleaned. You're the only person that wouldn't want it. I told her Lisa you've cleaned my house before nobody has ever done the kitchen and i don't want anyone to ever do the kitchen i can do that myself. She then stared to tell me maybe i should fined a different maid service because we don't work well together. I said it seems like you're getting defensive i didn't mean to offend you, i just wanted to be clear that i felt like you were trying to up charge me and clean stuff i didn't want clean. She said lets just do this i will only charge you $135 + the 2.95 credit card fee and then i advise you find a different maid service. I would not recommend this service to anyone! Lisa Wiggins is the most unprofessional business owner i have met and i am a business consultant and have worked with 200+ business owners in Denver."

"I had this service come to do a clean after we moved out. There was nothing in the house. The only things really needing cleaning were the bathrooms and the kitchen. The carpets didn't even need to be vacuumed since we were having them cleaned. None of these areas were cleaned well. I had to go back and clean them myself. I was even told by the woman who was doing the cleaning that the bathrooms were horrible. Whether true or not, I don't believe that is an appropriate thing to say to a client. When I called Lisa to express my dissatisfaction, I had to leave a voicemail. It has been over two weeks and I have not received a return call. Guess they got their money ($189) so the rest doesn't matter."
