"Unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best. The cleaner was 35 minutes late with no communication to customer. Once cleaner showed up, appearance was not presentable. When I notified the contact person Beverly she was very rude stating it was an estimate time, and that I’m judging a book by its cover. When I corrected her that she stated to me and via email an exact time of 8am not estimated. That she spoke highly of her company that I expected someone to be presentable when showing up. Neither happened, I stated I had concerns about the quality of work that then would be done based off of those factors. Beverly then just stated well she doesn’t have to be there, we don’t have to provide this service to you and if you’re going to cause an issue we will leave. No true acknowledgment of customer concern, and blaming the customer for being an issue rather than owning up to the lack of communication and presentation of the cleaner. Once they left my kitchen floor was not clean, I ended up having to sweep and mop. This company lacks leadership, ownership, and good customer service."
