I took a pair of pants for alteration and needed them back by a certain day as I was leaving town and planned on wearing them for a special occasion. Unfortunately when I went to pick them up, they pants had not been delivered to them yet. I live 30 minutes away and knew I wouldn't be back in that area again. We were having a snow storm and the roads were getting slick. CR Star Cleaners drove to pick up my pants and then drove all the way to Larkspur (in a snowstorm, at night) to deliver my pants and then didn't even charge me! Now, THAT'S customer service!
