"I was charged three times more than other cleaners charge. The new owners are extremely rude and service is not as good as used to be don’t get it why the price has to be three times more with the poor quality. I took my stuff to a cleaner by Monaco and Hamden and I’ll paid 1/3 of it and the service was great. They have been in business for 20 years."

"My suit came back clean, price did not seem bad although I rarely if ever use dry cleaning services. It was all very quick too, less than 24 hours. Staff were very quick."

"I have been a customer at this cleaners for years. Since Tide took over the prices are outrageous. I will not go back. They no longer give you a price estimate when you drop your clothes off. They do not post their prices. The quality of the clean is fine, but they have a strong “tide” soap smell."

"I cannot get over how over charged I was at this place - $110 for 8 items. Their prices are not posted and they don't charge until you pick up. So there's not a lot you can say at that point if you want your clothes back. I had to argue my ticket down from $18.99 for a normal everyday dress that I wear to the office. After throwing a fit she took $3 off for each dress. Pants were $9.29! Instead of charging me for a suit, they charged $10.29 for the jacket & $9.29 for the skirt. I'm so sad. I've been taking my clothes to this location for years. Who can afford this? Not me"

"I’ve given it a few tries since it transitioned over to Tide and so far everything has been well done. My dry cleaning has always been on time and the staff has been nice! *Updated 10/7/23: Just wanted to add that today I watched a staff member walk out after me and give her lunch to a woman on the street. She was working around noon today. It was an incredible act of kindness."
