Their stain removal is miraculous and they’re the only folks we trust with our $x,xxx per item garments. If you wear designer threads and want to make sure they last this is the ONLY game in town!"

I was devastated to say the least, but Nouvelle Cleaners was able to remove the spots within minutes and my gown was beautiful! "La Nouvelle is the only place I suggest you bring your wedding dress to be cleaned in the Denver Metro area. They are extremely professional and will go above and beyond to make your dress look exactly as it did on the day of your wedding. I had made the mistake of bringing my dress to another cleaner prior to bringing it to La Nouvelle. Whatever cleaning process she used ended up taking the sheen out of the Silk Faille fabric and making the dress look cheap and frankly ruined (and hardly any of the dirt around the bottom was removed). In my mind I was thinking that a) the person is the same individual that does almost all of the alterations (and some of the sample dress cleaning) for one of the very big name bridal boutiques in the highlands so they must know how to clean a high end dress and b) it just didn't make sense to make the investment in the cleaning process once the dress has served its purpose. Boy was I wrong! There is an emotional attachment to your wedding dress and to see it not look its best was just extremely extremely upsetting. Don't make the mistake I made.. invest in the cleaning process! My Sister had taken her very expensive lace dress here about 9 years ago. The bottom was filthy when she dropped it off and they got every single speck of dirt out. It still looks amazing to this day! I highly recommend La Nouvelle!"

"We brought in a 2500.00 floor sample wedding gown for cleaning before my daughter had it altered. They charged us $500.00 for cleaning which we decided we would pay to get a like new dress again. (the dress had NO stains on it just it had been tried on many times) My daughter picked the dress up, they made no comment to her except the dress looks great. It was in a cloth bag. My daughter brought it home..it had HUGE yellow stains all over it. We took it back, they said oh they could get those out..(why did they give my daughter the dress in the first place with all the stains and not say a word and charge us 500.00) Trying to clean it they now ruined the silk and they dress has a yellow tint to it. They REFUSED to return our money for the cleaning or pay for the damage to the dress! I am having to go through a credit card dispute with them to get my money back and take them to small claims court to get the original cost of the dress recovered!! Horrible cleaners, Absolute horrible , rude customer service. Took the dress to 2 different cleaners, both told me the fabric is ruined!"
