"Unreliable. Did a very good job actually cleaning - however unreliable in showing up. We asked for our day to be switched and confirmed this was possible and done. Never showed up When I called was told “huh, don’t know what happened” and they rescheduled for later that night. Happened again this week. No one showed up. Called and was given no explanation or apology just told they could come the next day. Not worth the service and cost if they don’t show up."
