"DO NOT GO HERE!! They lost my two favorite sweaters. They don’t dry clean at the store front, they take it elsewhere to dry clean and somehow they lost my sweaters… I have been so sad and disappointed… I’ve been calling every few days like they have told me to for weeks now and still nothing. - UPDATE: the manager is nice, displays efficiency with communication and is the one to contact directly if this scenario happens to you. It took about 3 weeks to receive my full reimbursement for the cost of the sweaters after I got in contact with the manager and she kept communication open throughout that entire process."

They were told the sleeves had spots on then from my husband using a wheelchair… they did not get them clean at all or offer a discount… they made me pay full price for dirty clothes!!!! They said their manger would call and they NEVER did! The staff could not do customer service or they said they would be fired!"
