"I had my wedding gown preserved for 25 years and decided to get it cleaned to sell. Brought it to Lapels. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the process. I was a little concerned about leaving my gown with anyone! To my surprise, the cost was very reasonable and the results were amazing! It looks just like the day I wore it on my wedding day! "If you need your wedding dress cleaned DO NOT bring it here. Worst customer experience from the owner and the manager. They ruined my dress two days before my wedding and wanted to charge me EXTRA to get it fixed. UPDATE: (since you want to reply with false information) The dress was NEW and just had sun damage from sitting in the store window. I explained that to you upon drop off. You didn’t mention anything about the lace lifting before I picked it up. I looked at the dress before PAYING and noticed the yellowing was gone but the lace was completely dangling and I pointed it out to the lady working. At first you made it seem like you would correct the issue since I DID NOT drop off my dress with lace falling off but then later called and said “it’s not our fault so we can have our seamstress fix it but you have to pay extra”. I obviously didn’t trust you fixing my dress if that’s how I was being treated so instead I asked for price adjustment so I could take it to my trusted seamstress since it was TWO DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING and both the manager and the owner refused!! In fact they grabbed my dress like I was going to run out of the store with it!! Absolutely terrible management!!!"
