"I was so excited to have my windows cleaned. The owner was so responsive by email and text when I made the appointment. After I paid for services and he left, I noticed a stratch in the middle of the big 2nd story window. I recalled hearing a "thump" when he used the extension brush from the first floor. He promised to get back to me and check out was was reportedly insured. The window was just replaced last year. There has been no response by text or email to any of my correspondence until I wrote the review and contacted Better Business Bureau!!! So unprofessional, I do not recommend this company or any of his other businesses. This is not a fraud or scam complaint, I am a professional and want others to be aware."

"They did a great job last year. i called three times this year and left a message they never responded to me. Guess they are too busy for me. Do not call unless you want to be disappointed for a call back. With today's economy, I would be begging for work. I suppose they have enough money to sail though this rough economy. I will not call again."
