"Very experienced and friendly staff! I use them for small alterations as well as their dry cleaning and cleaning services. They offer a leather cleaning service as well. They have been very helpful and have yet to ruin any piece of clothing in the 6 years of going there. There have been several times where they have gone the extra mile in helping us. There was an item that they helped us get returned to Neiman Marcus because it could not be cleaned. They pointed out how the staining on a leather item was poorly done and running with minimal exposure to moisture let alone any cleaner. We were able to get our money back from NM because of their insight."

"I took 5 pairs of pants in to have all of them hemmed because they were all a bit too long. All 3 pair of dress pants and 2 pair of jeans turned out really good. The length was just where I wanted it and they looked just like they did before I took them in and at $7 a piece I don't think you could beat the price. The only thing I would say is be specific about how you want them to look because they were going to initially have them be slightly longer than I would have liked (more of an old school break to the pants) but once I said what I wanted they made the adjustment and they look great now."
