"My review is negative however it is not a reflection of my cleaner Daniella, she is fantastic. Her predecessor, from Organic Maids, was not and damaged my baseboards. The management is poor, even under their new ownership. I was negotiating a fix for the damages to my baseboards with the previous owners when they sold. I informed the new management of the situation and was in contact with them via email. I received a call from management durning my last appointment, while I was not home and the cleaner was there alone. The person that called wanted to know where the damage was so that the district manager (DM) could take photographs. I said I was not home and said I was not comfortable with having a stranger in my home while I was not there and they did not have my permission to enter my home. They said the DM was on her way and was there a better time for her to come. The person on the phone lied to me. The DM was already in my home when they called (documented by our building concierge.) They entered without my permission and then lied about it. I called Organic Maids and asked to immediately speak to someone in a position of authority, The person I spoke to told me they'd sent an email so I should have known they were coming in. I expressed that there is not situation in which entering a home without explicit permission is acceptable. She apologized and then tried to put the responsibility of their actions onto me because my cleaner was at the house and I'd gotten an email. I was told that the "higher ups" would be informed that is was upset and would get in touch with me. As of writing this I haven't heard from them. Do not trust this company."

"Had a small issue with our first appointment but they made it right and we’re very happy with the service. The level of detail is incredible. They use a specific checklist for every clean and the house doesn’t smell toxic afterwards. Thank you!"
