"I wouldn't give them any stars if I didn't have to, in order to make this post. I contacted The Crew for a cleaning quote for my office. Carlos called me and said he would be by the office the next morning to look around and get an idea of what we needed so he could give us a quote. He never showed up and never called to say he needed to change the plan. When I called him this afternoon to see what happened, he claimed he got lost and couldn't find our building. When I asked why he didn't call me to get directions, he said because he was driving. I don't know why he couldn't have pulled over to make the call. Our office is a bit tricky to find, and I warned him of that, but every single other vendor has called when they couldn't find us. Every single one. We are not in a super busy traffic area, and there is plenty of space to pullover to make a call. I asked him if he had simply forgotten, and he brushed me off saying he would be by the tomorrow, then he hung up on me. When I called back no one answered. So I left a voicemail saying we absolutely don't need them to stop by."
