"Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed. They are very friendly, but I paid $220 for wedding dress preservation and they didn’t provide me with what they promised. They told me it would be double-boxed with a window box so I could look in and that there would be tissue between each fold. That was not the case though- I was returned a dry cleaned dress in a cardboard box. Not to mention, they pinned the gloves to my dress. I paid a lot for just a dry clean. The wedding tax is real, people."

"I took a specialty piece in and before I dropped off my Items asked if they could handle doing the work because of all the embellishments. It is a Beaded Kurta set. I was told "oh yes they can handle such Items" to get a text message saying they will do it but wont guarantee they wont loose any beads. When I picked up the other items, I found one had to be redone as the sleeve area that I had specifically pointed out the "dirt" still needed to be cleaned. A navy dress had lint all over it and when I asked if it had been cleaned I was informed that they use a lint roller and maybe the other items in the bag caused the lint. The other items were not sweaters or lint items. I found blue threads on the inside of my light pink suede duster, which was next to the blue dress but the dress was to the outside of the dress and the threads were not from the dress. I pointed out the inside of the duster and received a blank stare. Nothing was offered to fix the lint laden dress. Now I know why you must paid first. No prices listed anywhere and had to ask for pricing to be written down. Going to go back to my cleaners downtown. Yes it's out of the way but honest and they dont ping your phone with discount offers every other day, which is why they really want you phone number. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE BAD REVIEWS AT FACE VALUE."
