"They cleaned the carpets minimally, but for the professional price I paid, I should have received a professional cleaning. There were several spots that had visible dirt/stains and they were still there after the cleaning. When I brought it up, they said that any stains or well worn areas would always be dirty and never come clean. That's not what other professional cleaners tell me. I cleaned those areas again with my small carpet cleaner, and I brought up quite a bit of the dirt. I could have done a better job myself overall."
