"We have been using The Maids for over 5 years, and we happily recommend them! They do a great job, consistently. Communication is great, having improved about 3 years ago in response to customer requests. We recently had a very minor incident; The Maids called me to inform me, before I discovered it (which I probably wouldn't have even noticed), and they addressed it to my satisfaction without delay. They've accommodated requests to change dates, and provided advance notice the rare occasions when they directed a deviation from the routine. Also, there's only been one small increase in price in all these years, understandably resulting from Covid/inflation recently. They genuinely appreciate their customers. Many thanks to The Maids. FYI, they clean our ~2,000 sq.ft. single family home every 4wks."
