"I hired Molly Maids to do a move out cleaning at the rate of $120/hour. I was not home to inspect their work when they were finished, but when I arrived the next day found that many areas had been overlooked. I emailed pictures and a punch list, and a team was sent out the next business day to reclean. However, when I arrived to the house after the second cleaning, the punch list had not been completed. The pictures were taken after the SECOND visit from Molly Maids (there were more dirty areas than what is pictured, but I mainly took videos to send to Molly Maids and cannot post them on a Google review). I had to frantically clean before my new tenants came to take possession of the property due to the incomplete work. I was hopeful that Molly Maids would make it right, but they only offered a refund of $120 (meaning that I was still charged $420 for incomplete work)."

"Molly Maid did a deep clean on our house this week. For the most part I'm impressed. We had been gone for weeks on vacation and five people plus two dogs live here soooo suffice to say our house was a mess. Irene and Isabelle showed up right on time and got straight to work. 4.5 hours later our floors were cleaner than they had been in years and the entire house smelled fabulous. My only wish is if they could wash the walls as well. I'd definitely pay extra for that. We will definitely schedule a monthly cleaning going forward."
