"Unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. The curriculum lacked structure, teacher’s role was limited to attend to basic needs such as diaper change and feeding but little effort to engage with the children or fostering their development. My child had epic meltdowns at the time of drop off because he didn’t feel cared for or happy in this environment. He also ate very little during the day. Early intervention started visiting him at school to understand the problem. They noticed that teachers were very disengaged with the children. Written recommendations to address these concerns were dismissed. It was obvious that the focus of the leadership team was bussiness related. Luckily, we were able to get a spot at Primrose a couple of months ago. He’s excited to go to school and play with his friends. When I drop him off, the teachers are always engaging the group with educational activities, singing, dancing and crafts. He’s eating normally at school because he’s not stressed. His language has made tremendous progress as well. Environment plays a huge role in a child’s development."
