When we followed up, we were told we would have to wait yet another year. Their communication is nonexistent, and they seem completely disorganized. Save your money and time and look else where."
"The staff there is good but the owner caused us an extraordinary amount of unnecessary stress. It even ended with them committing to refund us for part of the month where they declined to take care of our son, and then completely ignoring our follow ups inquiring about the refund. I have to waste my time and go through the Small Claims Court."
