"Overpriced, definitely paying a Boulder premium at this location. You can find the same brand s and quality at the Longmont location at half the price."
"I think the only reason they have the sizes I needed for my son was because the prices are crazy for a thrift store. My biggest complaint is when I went to look for a coat. No women coats. They had some thicker sweaters and a couple of light jackets but not my size and not winter coats. I already have sweaters, and it's too cold for light jackets, I need a winter coat. The only winter coats I saw in my size were in the "boutique" section... That's the reasoning behind having one coat over $50 and the other at $60 Very used. In a thrift store. That is the price of a brand new coat in Ross. I've checked because I've been looking for a winter coat that I can afford. Sad to realize that the clothing you need in order to survive is not affordable in a thrift store. The ladies who were working are just fine. Pleasant people. A customer before me in check out complained about the prices then gave some attitude to the employee, and her reaction shows me she's tired and gets it a lot. The employees are the only reason why I have more than the required one star."
"I’m pregnant and the employees wouldn’t give me the code to the bathroom. Why have a bathroom signed and visible if it’s not public? They clearly care nothing for the health of their patrons. I won’t be back to such a discriminatory place."
"I was aware that to make up for the lack of fitting rooms, they offer a 14 day return window, it's a little inconvenient but I could live with that... what I did not know is that they give you with store credit when returning items, which is pretty unacceptable in my view. Buying clothes without knowing if the fit and then getting hit with store credit? Really? They should rethink their policy, either install a fitting room ( I know employee safeness, methamphetamine problems, somehow REI has a functioning restroom with no issues right next door though...) or as a bare minimum give a full refund on returned clothes if still has the tag and all...."
"I can’t give a good rating to this store because their focus is clearly not on the customer. Not only are the dressing rooms permanently closed, but so are the restrooms. I questioned this decision and two employees at the counter defended it vehemently explaining the eminent risk and endangerment of their own employees due of methamphetamine users. I’m sorry, but if they really think this place is so dangerous I’m surprised they chose the location. I explained that I certainly didn’t think that it was fair to their neighboring businesses and If anyone should understand the basic human need of access to a toilet, it should be Goodwill industries. I’m really rethinking my dedication to them as a regular donor."
