"I went to Quest Diagnostics in Superior to get an H-pylori breath test. I made an appointment and went in the next day as scheduled. Everything was easy, checking in and all that, and when I get back I was informed that they didn't have that test available. I don't understand why they didn't have it, and the lady who worked there made it out to be my fault. If you do need to go there I would call ahead and make sure they have the test available that you need."

"I need to have blood work every month and have been to a few different labs in the area. The technician was very patient and respectful during a very busy morning. Lab results with quest are received very quickly compared to the other popular lab company. I will continue to have monthly draws at this facility."

"I had a fantastic experience here. Walked in, and was seen quickly. The nurse was friendly and professional, and very quick. I often have trouble getting blood drawn, it sometimes takes multiple tries. But this nurse did it almost painlessly on the first try. Would recommend and will be back next time I need blood drawn."

"Tech had locked the door even though the open sign was on and they didn't close for 45 minutes. Once the Safeway person let me into the waiting room, the Tech was in the back on the phone with her grandkids or something. I start checking in on the kiosk, tech is acting dodgy, eventually the machine says no more open slots, the tech was like, "oh, yeah," and mumbled something about making an appointment. At this point, it is clear she has no intention of taking my lab order, and I'm pressed for time, so I turned and walked away."

"My boyfriend had a prepaid lab test with an appointment scheduled at the Superior location. When we arrived we were told by the lab tech, Lori, that we needed written paperwork. We showed her the orders, scheduled appointment time and confirmation on our phone but she refused to do the blood draw repeatedly saying we need a hard paper copy. We left, got the orders and confirmation printed at a local print shop and came back 1 hour later, to an empty office, no patients, as a walk in. Lori then told us we missed our appointment and they didn’t take walk in’s and to reschedule the appointment, that being after he had fasted for this test. We pointed to the large sign on the wall saying they accept walk in’s and she just laughed at us and walked away into her office. We then drove to the Boulder Quest, signed in and were seen within 5 minutes by Mariah, who was very kind and efficient, even though we were a walk in. She also told us we did not need paperwork as everything is in the computer. This should have taken about 10 minutes but was over a 3 hour ordeal! We then called Quest and complained, and they never got back to us as they promised. Lori is apparently incompetent, does not know how to use a computer, does not want to do her job and has an overall bad attitude. Quest evidently doesn’t care about patient service as this is a repeated complaint in the reviews. If you must use Quest Diagnostics, DO NOT EVER USE QUEST DIAGNOSTICS IN SUPERIOR! Very disappointed."
