"I had an appointment for bloodwork today and checked in at the kiosk when I arrived. About 5 minutes later, a male asked me if I was sure I had a lab order. I said yes so he asked for my info. I then sat til I was the last person waiting. Then I sat at least another 10 minutes while they all talked at the front desk. Another person arrived and probably 10 minutes later they called me in. When I went in several people were sitting around with the front desk male. They say they are short staffed but they seemed to have several people just talking not working."
"I checked in at their kiosk, which was relatively easy. Then, after waiting for 45 minutes, they tell me that their system is broken and my name is not even in their system at all. What a huge waste of my time."
